About the builder
My client is a Gold Coast-based residential home builder with 15 years in the industry. They've built a strong reputation for quality and attention to detail and are continuing to grow their team.
They're now looking for an ArchiCAD Draftsperson to join their team and support the delivery of their residential projects.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for a residential Draftsperson who enjoys the technical side of drafting and takes pride in producing accurate, detailed drawings.
Working from existing plans and designs, you'll help update and document residential projects using ArchiCAD, ensuring drawings are accurate, consistent and ready for the next stage of the building process.

What you'll need
Minimum 2 years' experience using ArchiCAD - essential.
Previous experience in residential drafting.
The ability to work from existing plans and produce accurate, detailed drawings.
A strong eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage competing priorities.
