If you've got truck or heavy operating experience in underground, civil or earthmoving and you're keen on long-term underground work, this is worth a look. We're hiring Underground Truck Operators and Underground Service Crew at a busy, well-established North QLD mine.

• Two roles to choose from: get behind the wheel of underground OEM trucks, or join the service crew keeping the mine running
• 8:6 / 7:7 or 2:2 roster with 12-hour shifts across days and nights
• FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville, with flights sorted and nothing out of your pocket
• Ongoing on-site training and development, with a real chance to build your mining career

The Role
You'll join a close-knit crew reporting to the Shift Boss. Depending on the role, your day-to-day will include:

Underground Truck Operator

• Operating underground haul trucks in an active production environment
• Working to shift and swing targets to support continuous production
• Pre-starts, basic maintenance checks and reporting faults early

Underground Service Crew

• Installing and maintaining underground services, including pipes, vent bags and cabling
• Road maintenance, housekeeping and general underground support tasks
• Operating support equipment such as IT (integrated tool carriers), loaders and LVs as required

Both roles

• Following site safety procedures and underground operating standards at all times
• Communicating clearly with your Shift Boss and crew to keep things running smoothly

Your Value
Heavy operating experience is the baseline and underground / mining is ideal, but civil and haulage backgrounds are genuinely considered for truckie, service crew need UG experience plus attitude and reliability will set you apart.

• Experience operating heavy machinery, with exposure to Sandvik, Epiroc or CAT a real advantage
• Team-focused, hardworking and keen to learn
• Strong safety awareness and the discipline to follow underground procedures
• Reliable, physically fit and able to work 12-hour shifts across a full swing
• Current manual driver's licence
• Able to pass a pre-employment mining medical and national police check
