Casual Mining Administrator in Kewdale. $30-$35/hr + super, Mon-Fri day shift. Mining admin experience, strong Excel and WA licence needed.

A leading mining OEM is looking for a casual Mining Administrator to support its operations and maintenance team in Kewdale. You'll look after the day-to-day admin, from purchase orders and timesheets to data entry and reporting, and help keep the workshop and field teams running smoothly. It suits someone who's confident stepping in and getting on with it from day one.

BENEFITS

• $30-$35 an hour plus super, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Raising and tracking purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Processing timesheets and keeping personnel records up to date
• Entering data and pulling reports together
• Coordinating inductions, site access and personnel movements
• Helping supervisors and managers with general admin

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Admin experience in mining, maintenance or an industrial workplace
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle a few deadlines at once
• A current WA driver's licence and the ability to start soon
