Overview
As a Production Charge Up specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality blasting operations that support underground gold production activities. With a brand-new camp, modern machinery, and a collaborative crew, you'll be part of a company dedicated to safety, growth, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Charge production drill holes using explosives, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and site procedures.
• Handle, transport, and store explosives in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work safely with underground equipment including ITs, EWP's, and other machinery to access faces and prepare for blasts.
• Assist with blast preparation, tying in, and stemming operations to ensure efficient and safe outcomes.
• Conduct ground checks and report on conditions prior to charging operations.
• Support other underground activities as directed by the shift boss, contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with charge-up / working with explosives (WA Shotfirer ticket advantageous)
• Safety-focused attitude with strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience operating underground machinery and ITs
• Knowledge of blast procedures and safety standards
