Client Liaison Officer | Residential Construction

We're currently recruiting for an exciting Client Liaison Officer opportunity with an established and highly regarded residential home builder in Perth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and play an important role in creating a positive building experience for homeowners from contract through to completion.

The Role

As a Client Liaison Officer, you'll manage a portfolio of residential clients and act as their key point of contact throughout their building journey.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing clients fromn contract through to completion
• Providing regular updates on build progress, timelines and key milestones
• Managing client enquiries, concerns and expectations
• Building strong and professional relationships with homeowners
• Coordinating with Prestart, Construction, Contracts and Administration teams
• Managing variations, documentation and client correspondence
• Following up outstanding information and approvals
• Keeping clients informed of changes throughout the build
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating relevant systems
• Assisting with handovers and ensuring a smooth client experience
• Resolving issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience within residential construction
• Experience as a Client Liaison Officer or Prestart Consultant
• Strong understanding of the residential building process
• Excellent communication and relationship building process
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client and deadlines
• Confidence managing client expectations and resolving issues
• A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
