Company Summary:

I've partnered exclusively with a head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market, with over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial sector. My client has had a successful start to 2026 and is gearing up for a busy year, with work secured until 2029.

They operate across a range of delivery methods, with D&C being a big focus. They're looking for someone with experience in commercial construction, having worked across sectors such as industrial, government, education, health, and more.

My client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in the role
• Commercial Head Contractor project experience preferred
• Driven and eager to learn and grow
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks
• Team player who loves a challenge
• Positive, "can-do" attitude

Your Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
