Site Manager | Commercial Construction

Lead a $1.5 - $50 million commercial construction project for an established Perth builder with an enviable pipeline of secured work. Tilt-up experience essential.

An established, well-regarded commercial construction and fitout builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of site delivery on a live project, with further projects secured behind it. This is a genuine opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit team with a strong track record and clear progression on offer.

The Role

• Full site ownership from mobilisation through to practical completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on-site
• Manage tilt-up panel installation works
• Drive program, quality control and site logistics
• Own site safety, WHS compliance, inductions and toolbox talks
• Liaise directly with the Project Manager, consultants and client reps

About You

• Proven Site Manager experience in commercial construction and/or fitout
• Current Tilt-Up License required
• Strong WHS knowledge and safety leadership
• White card, first aid and relevant trade tickets
• Confident managing multiple trades under pressure
