A well-established OEM in central Brisbane are after a trade-qualified heavy diesel fitter to cover a short-term backfill in their workshop.
- Gain OEM experience across a fleet of drills, trucks and loaders

The opportunity:
- Work on machinery that is heading to site including loaders, trucks, drills and more
- Great opportunity to pick up solid hours on quality gear without the FIFO grind
- Short term contract great for someone who is inbetween gigs and wanting to be at home each night
- Varied day-to-day across a range of machinery
- Work alongside an experienced team
Day-to-day looks like:
- Machinery additions, basic fabrication and touch-up painting
- Oil changes, axle/wheel changes and bulletin changes
- Hydraulic modifications, tub changes and site specific requirements on all gear
- Changing/upgrading components to match site spec
What you'll need:
- Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter (HD Fitter ticket or recognised equivalent)
- Experience across heavy machinery / gear
- Comfortable working on your own and getting the job done
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and happy to work as part of a team when needed
- Compete a drug and alcohol and national police check
