Heavy Diesel Mechanic needed in Pinjarra. 5:2 roster, $60-70/hr + Super + Ute. Work on CAT, Komatsu & HRT.

  • $60-70/ph + Super + a fully equipped Ute
  • 5:2 Roster | 10-hour days | No downtime between swings
  • Work across CAT, Komatsu and HRT

We're looking for a trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join a skilled, growing maintenance team working across surface mining sites. If you're experienced with major HME brands and comfortable working independently in the field, this role offers great pay, consistent work, and a seriously well-equipped Ute to match.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and component change-outs
  • Occassional rapid response breakdowns, fault finding, and diagnostics on surface mining equipment
  • Major repairs and overhauls on large mobile plant
  • Working independently and within a collaborative maintenance team

What You'll Bring

  • Cert III in Mobile Plant Mechanical Technology (or equivalent Australian creditation)
  • Experience across CAT, Komatsu and HRT
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Mine site inductions (Rio Tinto, FMG, BHP, Roy Hill) highly regarded
  • A reliable, professional, client-facing approach
