I've partnered with a luxury developer builder with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 30 years of proven success delivering projects up to $1bn specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 with a strong pipeline of work locked for 2030 and beyond.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include luxury residential towers $250m - $1bn

My client is a looking for an experienced Project Engineer (structures) to join their Gold Coast team due to growth. 50+ storeys iconic residential tower central to the Gold Coast - project value $500m+

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
• Strong structures project experience.
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge and willing to jump in!
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the team in their Gold Coast office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred.
• Proven experience with structures is advantageous.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $100m - $250m+
