Support surface and underground sites across North QLD, working on OEM machinery, from older gear through to high-spec equipment.
- Great chance to get in with a major OEM name and build some real long-term career stability
- Choice of 2:2 or 8:6 FIFO roster from Brisbane
- Dayshift, 12-hour shifts with a choice of roster for worklife balance
- Field service focused, minor workshop work only
- Ute supplied, flights and accommodation covered

The Work
Field service and site-based, keeping specialised mining equipment running.
- Breakdowns, scheduled and preventative maintenance, hydraulic faults, on-site rebuilds and component replacements
- Occasional workshop work, overhauls and structural repairs
- Equipment includes underground drills, loaders, haul trucks and auxiliary plant
Roster & Travel
- 2:2 or 8:6 FIFO, 12-hour shifts, ex-Brisbane
- Dayshift only (occasional nights, not often)
- Accommodation on-site or nearby, camp or town
- Well-established hub with existing and new projects coming online
What You Need
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Underground or surface mining experience required and drill experience a plus
- Strong fault-finding and hands-on maintenance skills
- Safety-first mindset, takes pride in the work
- Up for FIFO and keen on long-term progression
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
