Company Summary:

I've partnered with a Queensland head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 20 years of proven success delivering projects up to $50m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy mid-2026 and beyond, with work secured until 2029.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more.

My client is a looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join their Brisbane team.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 15 + years of experience in the role.
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, highly driven, confident, honest, reliable, and with a passion for mentoring others to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred and highly regarded.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 15 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $60m+
