Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to deliver quality commercial projects with a builder that genuinely values its people?

We're working with a well-established commercial builder with a strong reputation across South Australia. Due to continued project wins and a healthy pipeline of work, they're looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their growing team.

You'll take ownership of projects from site establishment through to handover, working alongside an experienced Project Manager and supportive leadership team.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
• Drive construction programmes and maintain project milestones
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with consultants and clients
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and quality standards
• Identify and resolve on-site issues before they impact programme or budget

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme
• Excellent knowledge of Australian construction practices and safety requirements
• Trade qualification or relevant construction qualification preferred
• Current White Card
