SITE SUPERVISOR OPPORTUNITIES (x2)

Civil Utilities & Energy Infrastructure | Local & Interstate (DIDO / FIFO)

We are seeking two experienced Site Supervisors to join established civil contractors delivering projects locally and interstate. Both roles offer strong project pipelines, flexible travel arrangements (DIDO / FIFO), and competitive compensation packages.

ROLE 1: Site Supervisor - Civil Utilities

Sector: Water & Utilities | Work Type: Full-Time (Local + DIDO / FIFO)

Package: Base + Super + Company Ute + LAHA

About the Role: Join an agile civil utilities contractor delivering pump stations, treatment plants, and pipeline projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site teams in constructing pump stations, pipelines, and treatment facilities.

• Adopt a hands-on approach - operating plant and stepping into trades work as needed.

• Manage daily site setups, safety compliance, subcontractor schedules, and client liaison.

Requirements

• Strong trade background (Plumbing, Civil Construction, Carpentry, etc.).

• Practical experience delivering utilities infrastructure (pump stations, pipelines, plants).

• A hands-on, "get dirty" work ethic with flexibility for DIDO / FIFO travel.

ROLE 2: Civil Site Supervisor - Substations & Earthworks

Sector: Energy Infrastructure | Work Type: Full-Time (Local + DIDO / FIFO)

Package: Base + Super + Vehicle + LAHA

About the Role: Join an established energy contractor overseeing major bulk earthworks, site prep, and civil foundations for high-voltage substations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site civil operations, bulk earthworks, and substation bench prep.

• Coordinate heavy plant, subcontractors, and crews while enforcing strict HSE/safety standards.

• Manage daily logs, toolbox talks, schedules, and client site reporting.

Requirements

• Proven site supervision experience on substations or high-voltage energy projects.

• Technical expertise in bulk earthworks and site preparation.

• Flexibility for DIDO / FIFO rosters on interstate project packages.
