The Role

As a Maintenance Plumber, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults.
• Maintenance of sanitary fixtures, pipework, valves and water services.
• Clearing blockages and responding to emergency call-outs when required.
• Completing digital service reports and compliance documentation.
• Providing a high level of customer service while on site.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards.

About You

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Certificate III in Plumbing (minimum requirement).
• Certificate IV in Plumbing (highly regarded).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• A minimum of two years commercial maintenance plumbing experience following completion of your apprenticeship.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
