Whether you are an experienced supervisor looking join a Tier 1 company, or an advanced technician who is looking to take that next step in their career into a leadership role, we have unique positions ready for you.
We have active supervisor roles are:
- On-Tools Supervisor: Ideal for advanced technicians who love the trade and still want to be active on the tools. You will lead small teams, handle complex programming, and jump in to help when needed.
- Off-Tools Supervisor: Ideal for experienced leaders or those ready to leave the tools behind and just step in when needed. You will focus 100% on site management, scheduling, client meetings, and compliance.
What You Will Do
- Supervise Crews: Manage and schedule technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Oversee Systems: Coordinate the installation, programming, and testing of fire detection systems.
- Ensure Compliance: Audit site works against AS1670, AS1851, and NCC standards.
- Problem Solve: Act as the technical point of contact for builders and project managers.
What We Need
- Experience: Solid background in dry fire installation, panel programming, commissioning, or service.
- Leadership: Great communication skills and the ability to run a tight site safely.
- Qualifications: Electrical Licence.
- Essentials: Valid NSW Driver's Licence and a current White Card.
