Site Supervisor

Hands-on supervisor role in the Sunraysia region, VIC & NSW. Permanent, local, no FIFO - lead a dual site, across concrete & quarrying.

We're working with a well-established national construction materials business to find a Plant Supervisor for their two sites in the Sunraysia region. Based locally near Mildura, this is a permanent, residential role - no FIFO & home every night.

About the Role

You'll take charge of a dual-site operation - a concrete batching plant as your primary focus, with oversight of a nearby quarry site. It's a varied position which blends a hands-on operations with team leadership and compliance, suited to someone who likes to be across the details, reporting & operations but isn't afraid to jump in and help operating where needed.

You'll be managing a small, close-knit team and working closely with operations and sales stakeholders to keep production running efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

What the Role Involves

• Day-to-day operational management across concrete and quarry sites
• Leading and supporting a team of operators and contractors
• Production planning, dispatch, and performance monitoring
• Safety compliance and operational reporting
• Hands-on plant support when required

What You'll Bring

• Background in concrete, quarry, or civil construction
• Supervisory or leadership experience managing a crew
• Quarry qualifications (Cert III Surface Extraction or equivalent) highly regarded - candidates willing to obtain these also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage reporting and computer systems
• A self-sufficient, ownership-focused mindset

The Details

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm + Saturday mornings as required
• Regular overtime available
• Company vehicle provided
• Permanent role from day one
