We're working with a long-standing, family-owned residential builder that has been operating across NSW for over six decades. With display homes across Sydney, Newcastle and the Illawarra, they remain a major player in the project home space, specialising in house and land packages, knock-down rebuilds, and custom homes.

They continue to deliver a strong pipeline of builds annually and maintain a solid reputation in the market. Their team culture is grounded in loyalty, long-term staff, and a commitment to making home ownership accessible to a wide client base.

The Role
We're seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join their team, based across a key display in Warnervale. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in guiding them through their new home journey - from initial enquiry through to signed contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and engaging customers through busy display homes.
• Qualifying leads and understanding clients' lifestyle, budget and building requirements.
• Presenting house and land packages, knock-down rebuild opportunities and custom home solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients, land developers, real estate agents and referral partners.
• Preparing preliminary pricing, coordinating with estimating and pre-construction teams, and managing customers through the sales process.
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM, following up enquiries and converting leads into contracts.

• Previous experience in new home sales in the residential construction industry.
