Are you an experienced Restoration Scheduler looking for your next opportunity with a well-established insurance builder?
My client is a leading insurance building company with a dedicated in-house restoration division. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Restoration Scheduler to their Brisbane team.
This role sits within a specialised scheduling team, working alongside dedicated Restoration Case Managers. Unlike many restoration admin positions, this role is purely focused on coordinating and scheduling restoration works - no case management responsibilities.
The Role
Working closely with restoration technicians and internal stakeholders, you'll be responsible for ensuring jobs are booked efficiently and resources are allocated effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling restoration technicians across a range of water, fire, mould and other restoration claims
- Coordinating appointments with customers and technicians
- Managing daily schedules and making adjustments as priorities change
- Monitoring technician availability and job progress
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure works are completed within required timeframes
- Maintaining accurate job records within the system
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the scheduling process

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience scheduling restoration technicians within the restoration industry (essential)
- A strong understanding of restoration workflows and time-sensitive claims
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple jobs simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Experience using restoration or insurance industry software will be highly regarded
