Dry Fire Service Manager

We're seeking an experienced Dry Fire Service Manager or Dry Fire Supervisor ready to step up and take lead of a Dry Fire Service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in fire detection including strong panel programming knowledge, who is ready to take ownership of a busy service operation. You'll be responsible for leading technicians, maintaining key client relationships and ensuring service delivery is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role

• Lead and support a team of Dry Fire Service Technicians.
• Manage day-to-day service operations, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Review quotations, variations and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and company procedures.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and service delivery.
• Work closely with senior management to drive operational improvements and business growth.

About You

• Must hold your electrical licence.
• Previous experience managing or supervising Dry Fire service teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of dry fire systems and panel programming.
• Solid understanding of Australian Standards, testing and compliance requirements.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop technicians.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
