We are working with a reputable commercial builder who are hiring Contracts Administrators to join their expanding team. There are multiple opportunities with roles focused on the delivery of new build and refurbishment projects across the Sydney area.

Role Overview

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee full contract lifecycle management across head contracts and subcontractor agreements on multiple active projects
• Prepare, issue, and assess subcontract packages, including scopes and contractual documentation
• Administer variations, progress claims, payment claims, and related financial documentation
• Support project cost management including forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Coordinate procurement activities for subcontractors and suppliers in line with project timelines
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and maintain accurate, up-to-date project records
• Assist with project reporting requirements and upkeep of internal project management systems
• Contribute to commercial discussions including negotiations, value engineering, and risk assessment
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors across all project phases

About You

You will bring:

• At least 2+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator position within the construction industry
• Experience working on commercial construction projects, including new builds and/or fit-out works
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage a range of stakeholders confidently
