Expression of Interest - Joinery Production Draftsperson (Multiple Software Platforms)

About the Opportunities:

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Joinery Production Draftspersons to join a growing pipeline of high-end projects across Sydney.

This is an opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious and complex joinery packages in the market, spanning:

• Luxury residential with full home joinery packages valued up to $2m +
• Commercial office fitouts across Sydney CBD
• Healthcare environments
• Hospitality venues and fitouts

You will be working closely with leading joinery manufacturers, builders, and design teams delivering detailed, production-ready documentation for bespoke joinery.

We are seeking detail-driven and experienced Joinery Production Draftspersons proficient across one or more of the following platforms:

• Cabinet Vision
• Pytha
• Microvellum
• CabMaster

Typical responsibilities include:

• Producing accurate shop drawings and joinery details from architectural plans
• Developing CNC-ready files and production documentation
• Liaising with project managers, estimators, and factory teams
• Interpreting architectural and interior design intent into buildable joinery solutions
• Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and project specifications
• Managing revisions and coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Supporting manufacturing efficiency through accurate drafting and detailing

About You:

You are an experienced joinery drafter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end production environment. You will bring:

• Proven experience in joinery production drafting (commercial joinery and/or residential joinery)
• Strong proficiency (3 years +) in at least one software (Cabinet Vision, Pytha, Microvellum, or CabMaster)
• Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials - trade qualification is highly regarded
• Experience producing shop drawings for CNC manufacturing
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
