Electrical Foreman

Experienced Electrical Foreman required to lead site teams, deliver quality projects safely, and drive productivity across electrical works.

About the Role

At Marble Recruitment, we are partnered with leading electrical contractors across Melbourne, offering opportunities from high-end residential developments through to large-scale commercial and Tier 1 projects. We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead site teams, coordinate project delivery, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on site.
• Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage on-site variations and assist with project budgets and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, electrical regulations, and Australian Standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, safety inspections, and quality checks.
• Assist with material planning, resource allocation, and project reporting.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and maintain project documentation.

About You

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman, Leading Hand, or Senior Electrician.
• Strong commercial, construction, or high-end residential project experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and electrical compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Current Driver's Licence.
