Project Manager – Subdivisions

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer, ready to step up to lead project teams and drive successful delivery.

• $165k - $180k depending on experience
• Highly autonomous role with full ownership of projects from start to finish

Join a growing civil contractor delivering Subdivision and urban infrastructure projects across Brisbane's northern corridor and the Sunshine Coast. With a strong pipeline of secured work, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer ready to step upto lead project teams and drive successful delivery.

About the Role
You will take ownership of subdivision projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of subdivision and urban infrastructure projects
• Oversee project programming, cost control, and reporting
• Lead subcontractor procurement and performance management
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience delivering civil construction or subdivision projects up to $10m in value
• Strong contract administration and commercial skills
• Solid understanding of Australian standards and specifications
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management ability
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
