Experienced HVAC Site Manager required to oversee on-site delivery of commercial projects, managing teams and ensuring safety and compliance.

  • Work on commercial projects up to 2m in value
  • $55 - $65 P/H + Super (Depending on experience)

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to lead the delivery of commercial projects, overseeing site operations from installation through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site activities, including teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Read and interpret drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Maintain strong safety practices, including site audits and toolbox talks
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Oversee commissioning and project handover

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' HVAC experience with site supervision
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings
  • Proven leadership and organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of safety and compliance

Requirements

  • Relevant trade or mechanical qualification
  • White Card
  • Driver's licence
