Project Manager - HVAC (Light Commercial & Data Centre Projects)
???? $150K - $220K Package (Negotiable)

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Opportunities are available across:

• Light commercial projects
• Large-scale data centre / major projects

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management
• Client and stakeholder management
• Budget and cost control
• Programme management and delivery
• Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within HVAC / Mechanical services
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in either commercial builds or major projects (data centres highly regarded)
