We are currently seeking an experienced Service Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced service team.
This role is office-based, 5 days per week, and is best suited to someone who enjoys a high-volume scheduling environment and takes pride in getting the job done properly.
Predominantly scheduling-focused role
Coordinating daily work for a team of approx 15 technicians
Managing a busy service desk in a high-paced environment
Working closely with technicians who are professional and easy to work with
Ensuring jobs are booked, adjusted, and completed efficiently
Comfortable working full-time in the office
Proven experience in service scheduling, coordination, or a similar role
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
