Are you a seasoned Estimator seeking a dynamic role within a major construction company? I am looking for a talented individual to join my clients team of estimators and contribute to the successful tendering of projects up to $30 million.

About the Role:

As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the estimation and tendering process for a diverse range of civil construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately estimating project costs based on detailed tender documentation and specifications.
• Analysing tender documents and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Preparing and submitting comprehensive tender submissions within tight deadlines.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate costings.
• Providing expert advice on cost management strategies and value engineering.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A proven track record as an Estimator in the civil construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• A deep understanding of construction methodologies and industry standards.
