3 day p/w contract position for an accounts assistant - MYOB & Xero experience essential.
My client is a busy construction firm seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join the team for a part-time contract. This is a fast-paced environment where accuracy and software proficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining clean and accurate records across both MYOB and Xero.

Processing high-volume supplier invoices and reconciling statements.

Ensuring all accounts are matched and up to date.

Assisting the Finance Manager with weekly cash flow or project-costing reports.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. For this reason, the following are strictly essential:

Advanced, hands-on experience using both MYOB and Xero is required.

Ability to manage high volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
