About the role:
Joining a well established and growing business specializing in commercial joinery projects across SEQ.
Due to the continued growth of the business, a position has come available within the drafting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed joinery shop drawings using Palette CAD Software
- Prepare cutting lists, CNC data and material take-offs
- Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, production team and other drafters to ensure all drawings adhere to specifications and project requirements.
- Revise drawings to suit client feedback, site conditions, and compliance requirements
About You
- Proven experience as a joinery draftsperson
- Strong working knowledge of Palette CAD (advantageous)
- If not Pallette CAD, strong knowledge of a similar software eg. Microvellum, cabinet vision (essential)
- Solid understanding of joinery construction, materials, and hardware
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
