Secure quarry operator role near Geelong. Day shift, modern CAT fleet, supportive team culture, stable work and strong long-term opportunity.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established quarry operation located around 30 minutes from Geelong, supplying sand, aggregates and raw materials into Victoria's construction, civil and manufacturing markets.

You'll be part of the day-to-day quarry operations, primarily operating rigid dump trucks across internal haul roads and stockpile areas.
Your role will involve:
Operating CAT rigid dump trucks (773 & 775)
Assisting on CAT 980 & 982 loaders as required
Hauling material between pits, stockpiles and processing areas
Working closely with other operators, maintenance teams and site leadership
Monday to Friday day shift - 7:00am to 4:30pm, with overtime available
This role will suit operators with experience in quarrying, mining, civil or bulk earthworks environments who take pride in safe, steady operation.
Ideally you'll have:
Proven experience on rigid dump trucks (CAT experience advantageous)
Loader experience (highly regarded but not essential)
A safety-first mindset and good housekeeping standards
Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
Comfort working outdoors in all conditions
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & D&A
Current Victorian driver's licence
