Commercial Supervisor - Glazing & Aluminium Projects
Location: Townsville, QLD (occasional travel to regional sites)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Supervisor to provide skilled on-site support for the timely delivery of glazing and aluminium projects. You will ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client service standards while leading a team of commercial fitters.

You would be joining a small, dynamic team delivering medium to large-scale projects for Tier-1 & Tier-2 contractors.

Company will assist with relocation costs for those not currently based in Townsville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret plans to prepare accurate measures for fabrication and quotations.
• Coordinate installation, delivery, and fabrication, considering project timelines.
• Liaise with internal estimators, external suppliers, and commercial fabricators.
• Support the administration team with weekly coordination meetings.
• Lead your team on-site, upholding professionalism, safety, and teamwork.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in glazing, construction, or a related trade.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with project management software is desirable however training is provided.
• Desirable: MR Licence, EWP, Working at Heights certification
• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant industry experience in a similar role.
