A well-established and growing fire services contractor based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their service team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in coordinating technicians while working closely with management in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service technicians, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and service delivery runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you'll have real visibility and impact across the business.
Previous experience in commercial fire services or mechanical services
Uptick experience highly advantageous
Strong scheduling and coordination capability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attractive salary package: $75k - $90k + super
Report directly to management and support the service team
Genuine opportunities for growth and development
Stable, full-time role with an expanding contractor
Full-time position
5 days per week in the office
Based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs
