My client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join their team. The role is ideal for candidates with a painter, carpenter, or general maintenance background who enjoy hands-on work and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repair work across residential properties

• Perform painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks as required

• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Skills & Experience

• Painter, carpenter, or general maintenance experience preferred (Trade Qualified)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + super, depending on experience
