About the Company

My client is a highly respected insurance builder with their own internal restorations team. With a strong reputation for quality service and communication, they partner with major insurers to deliver seamless claims management and restoration outcomes.

About the Role

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Case Manager to join the restoration arm of the business.

In this role, you'll be the key liaison between insurers, insured clients, and restoration technicians. Your main responsibility will be managing case documentation - reviewing and refining technicians' reports, uploading them via insurer portals, and ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, and timely.

A dedicated bookings team manages technician scheduling, so you'll be able to focus on the quality and flow of information.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review technicians' reports for accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation

• Edit and proofread reports prior to submission

• Upload documentation and correspondence via insurer portals

• Liaise with insurers, insured clients, and internal technicians to progress claims smoothly

• Monitor job progress and ensure updates are communicated promptly

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with insurer requirements

About You

• Experience in insurance, restoration, or a similar administrative/coordination role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once

• Confident using insurer portals and digital case management systems

• Professional, organised, and proactive approach to customer service
