Company Summary:

I've partner exclusively with a well-known Queensland developer builder with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $60m+, specialising in the commercial and residential project market. My client has already had a successful 2025 and well and truly hit the ground running in 2026 with work secured until 2030! They are now hiring an experienced Senior Estimator due to growth and project wins.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 7 - 12 + years of experience in the role
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years + industry experience working on your own projects between $20m - $100m+
