My client is a boutique, luxury home builder with over 15+ years of experience delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore. Specialising in architecturally designed homes, they have built a strong reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishes, and attention to detail.

Their portfolio includes prestigious projects across North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. With a major new project about to commence in Dover Heights, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of this luxury home.

About the Role
Looking for a seasoned Site Manager with a proven background in high-end residential construction. This is a fully hands-off role focused on site leadership and delivery. Due to commence in April/May.

You will be supported by a highly experienced team including a Leading Hand, Contracts Administrator and Project Manager, working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional outcome for the client.

This role suits someone with strong time management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes pride in delivering premium homes.

You will manage all stages of construction from early services, demolition and excavation through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage overall project performance from commencement to handover
* Liaise closely with trades and subcontractors
* Review and check material orders
* Lead and coordinate site staff
* Ensure construction milestones are met on time
* Conduct project quality assurance
* Manage and rectify defective works
* Maintain detailed daily site diaries
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contract documentation and specifications
* Enforce compliance with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation

Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on luxury residential projects
* Certificate III in Carpentry
* Certificate IV in Building and Construction
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, energetic and driven with a positive attitude
