A great opportunity to join a well-established boutique residential builder with a strong reputation across project and custom homes. This role will suit anyone from a sales or production estimating background - training will also be provided for the right candidate.
About the Role
You'll work across a variety of residential projects including standard single and double-storey homes, dual occupancies and fully customised homes.
You'll be involved in:
- Preparing tenders, take-offs and BOQs
- Reviewing plans, drawings and specifications
- Assisting with pricing, cost estimates and variations
- Working with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Using Databuild and Companion systems (training provided if needed)
- Campbelltown area
This builder has a very high tender conversion rate, so you'll be working in a high-performing team with strong systems and consistent workflow. They also have an excellent work culture with very little staff turnover.
What they're looking for:
- Residential estimating experience (sales or production)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Someone proactive, driven, and collaborative
Salary: $80K - $110K + Super (depending on experience)
