About the Company

Our client is a custom home builder, operating in the Residential Construction industry for several years and build homes all over Southwest, Western Sydney and Southern Highlands.

They are seeking a Sales Associate to join their brand new home display in regional Southern Highlands.

Their product includes a mixture of contract homes, granny flats, house and land packages, knock down re-builds, dual-occupancy homes, and complete bespoke builds. The business has recently grown, and they are building over 150 + projects across Sydney.

About the Role

As the Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring every visitor to the display home has an outstanding first impression and seamless customer experience.

Working closely with experienced sales consultants, you'll help clients explore design options, understand the building process, and take the first step towards creating their dream home. You'll also play an important role in managing enquiries, maintaining the immaculate presentation of the home display, and providing administrative and customer support to the sales team.

This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in property, architecture, and new home design, who thrives on connecting with people and being part of a team that makes home ownership dreams come true.

What You Need

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support - ideally within the property or building industry.
• Availability to work weekends is required.
• Experience working with a project home builder, custom builder, or property developer will be highly regarded.
• A professional, well-presented, and confident manner.
• A genuine passion for property, design, and helping clients find their perfect home.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
