Looking for an experienced scheduler to join a leading insurance builder in their restorations team!

My client are a reputable insurance builder with a dedicated internal restorations division, who are looking for a confident and organised Scheduler to join their growing team!
This role focuses solely on scheduling within the restorations however candidates with experience scheduling trades within the new home building space are also encouraged to apply!
What you'll be doing:

Coordinating and scheduling internal restoration technicians and external trades

Managing a high volume of jobs efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members

Updating job progress, timeframes and workflow management systems

Working closely with the restoration team to minimise delays and keep projects running smoothly

Experience in scheduling within restorations, insurance, or new home building/trades

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
