About the Role
We're working with a well-established luxury home builder seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage multiple high-end residential projects across Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity as they expand into new areas such as the Northern Beaches and Southerland Shire. The ideal candidate will have a proven background delivering custom or architectural builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate up to 10 residential projects across the Northern Beaches, Western Sydney and the Southerland Shire
- Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality finish and in line with program timelines
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and the internal team
- Drive site safety and compliance standards across all projects
About You
- Minimum 10 years' experience supervising custom or luxury residential homes
- Trade background in carpentry or similar, with strong technical knowledge
- Builder's Licence preferred (not essential with relevant experience)
