Project Manager
Location: Minto, NSW | Full-Time


About the Company:

This is a stable and well-regarded civil contractor with a strong track record across Civil, subdivision, utilities, and infrastructure works in the Greater Sydney region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety management

  • Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes

  • Prepare, track, and manage budgets, programs, and forecasts to achieve financial and operational objectives

  • Provide regular project updates through detailed progress, cost, and performance reporting

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and quality standards

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety across all project teams

  • Implement and manage site-based WHS and environmental systems in line with company and legislative requirements

  • Identify potential risks or variations early, developing effective strategies to manage issues proactively

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Project Management or Project Engineering role within the civil construction industry

  • Proven background delivering General civils, Subdivisons, Utilities work for TFNSW

  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of project finances, including budgeting, cost tracking, and scheduling

  • Ability to build and maintain productive client and stakeholder relationships

  • Comprehensive knowledge of work health and safety, quality assurance, and environmental management practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project); experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools is an advantage

  • Must hold a current Australian driver's licence
