We're seeking experienced Underground Shotcrete Sprayers to join leading underground mining operations across WA.
Roster: 8:6 | Employment: Full-time, Permanent | Location: Western Australia
We're seeking experienced Underground Shotcrete Sprayers to join leading underground mining operations across WA. If you take pride in precision, safety, and quality workmanship, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team on an even-time roster.
Safely operate Normet or MacLean shotcrete rigs for underground concrete application
Conduct pre-start inspections and maintain equipment to a high standard
Monitor shotcrete thickness, finish quality, and ground support compliance
Work collaboratively with charge-up, service, and development crews to meet production targets
Maintain strong adherence to site safety and environmental protocols
Proven experience as an Underground Shotcrete Sprayer (wet-mix)
Familiarity with Normet or MacLean equipment
Valid C-Class Manual Driver's Licence (HR preferred)
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship
8:6 FIFO roster - even-time work-life balance
