The Role
As the Building Coordinator, you'll be the go-to allrounder supporting builds from pre-site through to on-site. This role combines administration, coordination, and hands-on support, giving you exposure to all stages of the build. You'll liaise with clients, site supervisors, trades, and internal departments to ensure each home progresses smoothly.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
⭐Coordinate administration and workflow from pre-site through to site commencement and handover
⭐Liaise with clients, supervisors, trades, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
⭐Manage documentation, variations, purchase orders, and system updates throughout the build process
⭐Provide hands-on support to supervisors and the construction team as needed
⭐Be a flexible allrounder, jumping in wherever required to keep projects moving
To be successful you will need:
✅Proven experience in pre-construction coordination and customer support within the residential building industry.
✅Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
✅Possess a keen attention to detail along with exceptional organisational skills and the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
✅Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
✅Customer focussed, ability to work within a team, down to earth attitude and team player.
