Our client is a highly regarded residential builder delivering luxury architectural homes across Sydney's North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. With a strong portfolio of cost-plus projects ranging from $4M - $10M, they are known for their architecturally built homes and high attention to detail.

About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join their team and play a hands-on role in the delivery of high-end custom builds. This role will suit someone who is ambitious, professional in presentation, and eager to progress into a Foreman position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality carpentry works across luxury residential projects
  • Work closely with Site Managers and Foremen to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Assist with supervising trades and subcontractors as required
  • Maintain strong site safety standards and a professional approach on site

About You

  • Trade qualified Carpenter with experience in high-end residential builds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to exacting standards
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Willing to travel across the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs
  • Ambitious and motivated to step into a Foreman role in the near future
