Looking for an experienced supervisor/estimator to run insurance claims in the Wide Bay region!
My client are a medium-sized, family-owned insurance builder with a strong reputation across Queensland - known for quality work, genuine relationships, and a people-first approach.
You'll oversee a mix of domestic and commercial insurance repair projects across the Wide Bay region, managing claims from start to finish.
While there's some estimating involved, the role is predominantly focused on supervision - coordinating trades, ensuring workmanship standards, and guiding clients through their repairs.
With the head office based in Brisbane, you'll have the flexibility to work from home when not on the road, supported by a passionate Construction Manager who genuinely cares about developing his team and setting them up for success.
Supervise insurance repair projects (domestic and commercial)
Carry out inspections, scopes, and variations
Liaise with clients, insurers, and trades to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
Estimate and manage claims when required
Experience within insurance building or construction (domestic and/or commercial)
Strong knowledge of scoping, estimating, and site supervision
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the wider team
A professional and personable approach with clients and trades
