A key milestone has been hit for the new $1.2 billion commercial office tower located in the heart of North Sydney’s new CBD.

The tower was designed by Bates Smart Architects and developed by Winten Property Group.

Standing at 158-metres tall, 1 Denison has officially been declared the tallest building in the North Sydney region which was constructed by leading global contractor, Multiplex.

Development Director at Winten Property Group, Stuart Vaughan, said it is a significant milestone for the business.

“We are demonstrating our commitment to job creation in North Sydney and helping stimulate the growing local economy. 1 Denison is an exciting commercial project that will set a new precedent for office towers in North Sydney.”

“1 Denison will become a defining landmark on North Sydney’s skyline amongst several new hotels that are moving into the area. When completed over 6,000 people will reside in the building.”

More than 2,700 construction workers and 36,400 cubic metres of concrete have been used to date in the delivery of 1 Denison.

The surrounding precinct includes the following:

  • The transformational Sydney Metro project
  • Enhanced pedestrian amenity movement and safety
  • The development of a unique and attractive urban precinct
  • Integration of the precinct into the wider fabric of the North Sydney Centre
  • 60‚000sqm of premium grade office space
  • In excess of 2‚300sqm of prime retail amenity including 1‚600sqm food & beverage

North Sydney’s largest and smartest office tower will be available from September 2020.
