Experienced Residential Draftsperson

• Up to $120,000 + Super
• 3-5 years ArchiCAD Experience
• Experience drafting single and double-storey homes, with custom or project homes

The opportunity

• Produce detailed residential working drawings and construction documentation for custom homes and double-storey projects.

• Work across a varied range of designs, with the opportunity to be involved in more complex residential builds.

• Collaborate closely with the design, estimating and construction teams to ensure plans are accurate, practical and buildable.

• Manage drafting tasks from initial concepts through to final construction documentation.

• Ensure drawings meet relevant WA building requirements, codes and regulations.

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve design queries and maintain project timelines.

• Contribute ideas to improve design outcomes, drafting processes and overall project delivery.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in residential drafting within the WA building industry.

• Experience with custom homes, double-storey homes or project home designs will be highly regarded.

• Proficiency in Archicad.

• A solid understanding of residential construction methods, working drawings and construction documentation.

• Knowledge of WA building codes, R-Codes and relevant compliance requirements.

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• A team-first attitude, good communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
