Cabinet Maker

Our client is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for a stable role with a reputable company and a variety of quality projects.

About the Role

Working as part of a professional team, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of custom cabinetry and joinery, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery.

• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.

• Measure, cut and assemble materials accurately.

• Operate woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools.

• Complete cabinetry and joinery installations where required.

• Ensure finished products meet quality and project specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Work collaboratively with other trades and team members.

• Complete work within project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or Joiner.

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery is highly regarded.

• Significant hands-on industry experience will also be considered.

• Your own tools suitable for cabinet making and joinery work.

• Reliable transport to and from work.

• A valid driver's licence is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of cabinet making and joinery techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• A reliable, professional and positive attitude.

• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
