Company Summary:

I've partnered exclusively with a well-known QLD head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy year with work secured until 2029.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more.

My client is a looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
• CostX is advantageous!
• Strong Cost Planning and Tender Submissions skillss
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5-10 years in a similar role, with experience running new build commercial projects between $10m-$40m+
